We are seeking an Internal Management Consultant (Strategy Manager) for our Governance & Steering team in H&M Business Tech. Reporting directly to the Head of Steering & Governance you collaborate with Business Tech leadership and the governance & steering network. This role is pivotal for advancing our strategic tech agenda and ensuring effective steering and governance across H&M. The role will work across the team’s prioritized areas:
- Enablement of the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) and Business Tech leadership and agenda.
- Facilitating strategic and tactical steering of the Business & Tech portfolio.
- IT Governance of the Business Tech function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Enable our strategic direction through quantitative and qualitative analysis and strategic outlooks.
- Shape strategic and tactical steering of H&M’s business and tech initiative portfolio.
- Implement and orchestrate practices, processes and collaboration translating strategies and plans into action.
- Collaborate closely with senior internal stakeholders across different departments to orchestrate tech governance and steering.
- Drive change at the intersection of business and technology, engaging across all phases of the strategy lifecycle.

To be successful in this role we also see that you have:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting and/or portfolio management. Focus on tech strategy, digital transformations or tech operating models is a plus.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Tech, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in diverse/international environments; retail/FMCG background is a plus
- Passion for innovative technologies and digital business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and identify solutions
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with strategic methods and toolkits
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Liljeholmen, Stockholm
