Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
3 - 4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or similar environments.
A data-driven, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.
Proactive, results-oriented, and autonomous in delivering tasks with high standards.
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
A true team player with a collaborative spirit.
Fluent English (reading, speaking, and writing)—you’ll work in an international context.
