Internal Communications Specialist

In this role, you will support the development and execution of internal communications initiatives that engage employees and strengthen company culture. You will help craft compelling content, manage internal communication channels, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear and effective messaging across the organization

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing internal communication plans to support company initiatives and business priorities.
• Create and distribute engaging content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet posts, videos, and presentations.
• Help maintain and manage internal communication tools (e.g., intranet, internal email platforms, digital signage).
• Support intranet publishers.
• Collaborate with key teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with company goals and values.
• Support internal events, town halls, and leadership communications, including content creation and logistics.
• Monitor engagement metrics and gather feedback to improve internal communications.
• Assist in crisis communications to ensure employees are well-informed during critical situations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
• Familiarity with internal communication tools (email platforms, intranet, video content).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Language and skills

• Native German speaker
• Proficient in English and French as a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
