- Internal Comms Cadence: Design and lead our internal communication systems—newsletters, rituals, knowledge base platforms and announcements—ensuring they are consistent, useful, and high-impact.
- Knowledge & Tooling Infrastructure: Maintain and evolve how we work. You’ll own our Slack structure, Notion organization, and team ownership documentation to ensure zero friction in how we find information.
- Operational Rituals: Organize and relentlessly improve our weekly most important rituals (All-hands, continuous learning sessions), so they consistently surface priorities, blockers, and progress.
- Executive Synthesis: Act as the bridge between the Founders/Chief of Staff and the rest of the company, distilling complex strategic updates into clear, actionable messaging.
- Month 3: Our internal comms cadence is structured and owned end-to-end; you have audited and optimized our Slack and Notion environments for maximum clarity.
- Month 6: Weekly rituals are rated above 4.5/5.0 average in team pulse surveys; newsletter open rates are trending upward, with qualitative feedback confirming high usefulness scores.
- Ongoing: You have identified at least three major execution gaps where information was previously lost and implemented permanent process fixes.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, operations, or a fast-paced journalism/PR environment.
- Structured Thinking: Ability to take a "wall of information" and synthesize it into a clear, logical framework.
- High proficiency with Slack, Notion, and project management platforms (ClickUp/Asana/Jira).
- Exceptional written and oral communication in both Spanish and English is non-negotiable.
- You can lead without formal authority and influence, and move easily between talking to an engineer about a blocker and a Founder about a strategic shift.
