As our Communications Manager, you will craft compelling content, manage internal channels, and support leadership communications. You’ll shape how information is shared across the organisation, promoting transparency, consistency, and alignment with our values. This pivotal role will foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee engagement. The position is offered on a part-time, on-site basis (three days per week) with occasional ad hoc travel required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that support company goals.
- Manage key internal channels such as memos, newsletters, intranet updates, and employee communications.
- Create engaging content for both internal audiences and selected external platforms.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and support internal events across the business.
- Respond to media requests and help deliver well‑structured internal and external communications.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including marketing and senior leadership, to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Communications Specialist with strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of web design and content production, with MS Office proficiency; photo/video editing an advantage.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised with outstanding planning and time-management abilities.
- Degree or qualification in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
