Hybrid role (up to 2 days in the office)

FTC – 12 months
Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £50k + Bupa benefits package.

You’ll help bring our strategy to life by engaging and inspiring our people, ensuring they feel informed, involved, and empowered throughout the change. This is your chance to make a real impact in a function that delivers technology across health insurance, care services, dental, clinics, and private hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Senior Internal Communications Manager to deliver engaging transformation communications
Lead communications for key initiatives like the Growing Internal Talent Programme and the launch of the Bupa Capability Centre
Develop and deliver high-quality, multimedia content across appropriate channels
Plan and manage virtual and face-to-face events to build engagement and advocacy
Collaborate with change delivery teams to ensure communications support adoption and minimise disruption
Support Market Unit-wide campaigns that connect our people to Bupa’s purpose, strategy and values
What We’re Looking For
Has experience managing change communications across complex projects
Understands change and project management principles
Is a skilled storyteller who can simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
Has experience in event planning and delivery
Builds strong relationships across teams and levels
Is confident advising senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is highly organised, resilient, and adaptable
Is proficient in MS365 (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams)
Has experience with creative tools like Canva and video editing software
