This is a rare opportunity to shape how a global technology company communicates with its people. As ECI's Internal Communications Manager, you'll own the strategy and channels that connect employees around the world to our mission, priorities, and performance, with direct visibility to our CEO and senior leadership team. This is a role built for someone who wants to lead, not just execute: you'll set the vision for how ECI communicates, modernize our approach with AI-driven tools, and build the kind of trusted advisory relationships that put you in the room where strategy gets made.

You'll partner closely with Marketing, HR, and leaders across the business to translate complex priorities into communications that actually land, and you'll have the platform, ECInside, the executive relationships, and the mandate to make it happen. Responsibilities

• Translate the enterprise communications direction established by the senior leadership team into clear, actionable internal communications plans that support company priorities, business objectives, employee engagement, and culture.

• Partner with executives and senior leaders to shape messaging, audience segmentation, timing, and channel plans for key company initiatives.

• Draft and coordinate company-wide communications for the CEO and senior leadership team, including emails, announcements, speeches, presentations, talking points, and business-performance narratives.

• Lead enterprise editorial planning and content development across internal channels, including announcements, newsletters, campaigns, and intranet content.

• Own ECInside, ECI’s enterprise intranet and primary communications platform, including content governance, publishing standards, editorial calendars, and ongoing optimization.

• Identify and implement AI tools and workflows that improve efficiency, scale content production, and modernize internal communications processes.

• Lead communications planning and execution for global Town Halls and other enterprise events, partnering with Events, Creative, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver a cohesive employee experience.

• Support communications for organizational change, technology implementations, and M&A activity by developing and coordinating audience-specific messaging, FAQs, manager toolkits, and communication materials.

• Develop message guides, talking points, and resources that help managers effectively cascade company priorities, business updates, and organizational changes.

• Establish and maintain internal communications standards and editorial governance that promote a consistent, clear, and engaging employee experience across the organization.

• Measure communications effectiveness through readership, engagement, and employee-feedback data; use insights to improve content, channels, and communications plans.

• Build strong partnerships across functions to coordinate communications activity, maintain alignment with enterprise priorities, and support timely execution.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years in internal or corporate communications, with a portfolio showing exceptional writing and storytelling. Global or multi-location experience preferred.

• Proven experience writing executive communications, speeches, and presentations, and advising senior leaders as a trusted partner.

• Experience managing an enterprise intranet or employee communications platform, including content governance and publishing standards. SharePoint experience preferred.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate company strategy into clear, engaging communications.

• Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity, identifying communications needs independently.

• Sound judgment in handling confidential or time-sensitive information.

• Strong project-management skills across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

• Must be based in the Westlake, TX area.
