We are seeking a talented individual to join our Internal Communications team at Marsh. This is a regional role based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Internal Communications Manager (6 Months Maternity-Cover Contract), you will manage the delivery of print, email, and online communications aligned with business strategies to enhance employee understanding and engagement. You will build strong relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop targeted campaigns and ensure communication accuracy through collaboration with senior leaders, as well as corporate functions like HR, legal, compliance, and finance.
We will count on you to:
Allocate resources and manage the delivery of internal communications across multiple channels in line with business and enterprise strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with subject matter experts, internal customers, and stakeholders to develop and promote region-wide communication campaigns.
Participate in the review process with internal experts, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure accuracy and compliance of communication materials.
Contribute to planning, developing, and executing communication plans and strategies that drive internal branding and employee engagement.

Proficiency and experience in executive communications for senior leaders.
