Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Internal Communications Lead to enhance communication across our organization and strengthen company culture. In this role, you will shape and implement communication initiatives that align with our business goals and drive engagement from leadership to the plant floor. You will collaborate closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop strategies that promote clarity, associate satisfaction, and a sense of belonging. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a communication strategy that ensures alignment between leadership and plant associates, using a mix of written, verbal, and pre-shift communications to enhance transparency and engagement.
Create compelling content for internal channels, including executive updates, newsletters, and targeted messaging.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to design communication programs that drive associate satisfaction and community.
Gather and analyze feedback to refine communication strategies and ensure effective outreach.
Support change management by creating clear, tailored communication plans that guide associates through transitions.
Stay updated on best practices to continuously improve communication strategies.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably within manufacturing or environments with a large hourly workforce.
Proven ability to craft clear, concise messaging that engages associates at all levels.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other platforms.
Experience in driving associate engagement and fostering a sense of belonging.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
