Job DescriptionThe Internal Communications & Brand Specialist will play a key role in bringing this to life. Working closely with leaders, HR and global communications teams, the role will develop compelling stories, deliver communication campaigns and help create a consistent employee and employer brand experience. It is a hands-on specialist role that combines strategic thinking with excellent execution and content creation.
Key Responsibilities Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Deliver communication plans that support business priorities, organisational change and employee engagement.
- Translate business strategy and complex topics into clear, engaging employee-focused narratives.
- Own and maintain the site editorial calendar
- Manage internal communication channels and produce high-quality content for newsletters and campaigns.
- Draft executive communications including emails, blogs, articles, speeches, talking points and leadership presentations.
- Develop engaging presentations, visual assets and digital content using PowerPoint, Canva and other communication tools.
- Coordinate multimedia and campaign assets with designers and external partners when required.
- Develop communication toolkits and manager cascade materials where required.
- Support town halls, leadership visits, ERG activities, CSR and wellbeing initiatives through end-to-end communications.
- Capture and share stories that celebrate people, innovation and business achievements.
- Measure communication effectiveness, gather feedback and recommend improvements.
- Build trusted relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, Site Leadership and Global Communications.
Employer Brand & External Communications
- Support delivery of the employer brand strategy in alignment with Experian's global brand strategy.
- Create content for social media, conferences, awards, thought leadership and media opportunities.
- Ensure all communications reflect Experian's brand standards and governance.
- Acts with an enterprise mindset, balancing local priorities with the wider Experian strategy.
- Communicates with clarity, empathy and credibility.
- Demonstrates creativity while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.
- Champions inclusion and helps create an engaging employee experience.
Success Measures
- High-quality, timely communication that supports business priorities.
- Strong employee engagement and leadership visibility.
- Strong alignment with Experian's GDC, regional and global communications teams as well as consistent application of Experian's global brand and communication standards.
- You will be reporting to the Managing Director
- The company requires you to WFO 2 days a week as its Hybrid mode.
- We require you to have 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding or a related communications role.
- You should have excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
- Experience supporting senior leaders with communication materials and presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills within a matrix organisation.
- Excellent project management skills, balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience creating engaging digital and visual content using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools.
- We consider working with designer tools as Illustrator and Photoshop an advantage.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in a global or multinational organisation.
- Experience supporting change or transformation communications.
- Knowledge of employer branding, social media and internal communication platforms.
- Experience within technology, shared services or Global Delivery Centre environments.
