Internal Communications Assistant

Devexperts works with respected financial institutions, delivering products and tailor-made solutions for retail and brokerage houses, exchanges, and buy-side firms. The company focuses on trading platforms and brokerage automation, complex software development projects, market data products, and IT consulting services. 

We are looking for an Internal Communications Assistant to join a fast-growing Outsourcing department. You will be engaged in operational activities, helping to expand the opportunities in the outsourcing direction.

We expect the Internal Communications Assistant to: 

• Provide administrative support of the processes of engaging and dismissing external specialists, monitoring the adaptation of new specialists;
• Gather, analyze, and manage feedback regarding external specialists;
• Communicate with specialists across various departments of our company and resolve operational issues;
• Collaborate with contractors and resolve operational issues.

Must-have skills:

• High communication skills;
• Good organizational skills;
• English and Russian languages skills at least upper-intermediate (written and spoken);
• Ability to follow instructions and use own initiative to progress work;
• Ability and willingness to work multitasking;
• Ability to work effectively and productively with internal stakeholders at all levels;
• Higher education;
• Good Microsoft Office skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with IT/HiTech and knowledge of development processes;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence.
