We are looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications & Events Intern to support our internal communication initiatives and the planning of company-wide events.
Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing internal announcements, newsletters, and company updates
• Help manage and improve internal communication flow
• Assist in planning and coordinating internal events (team activities, celebrations, company parties, etc.)
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers when needed
• Support operational tasks and event-day operations
• Help prepare event-related materials
Requirements
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Interest in event planning
