Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Internal Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and engaging communication across all departments, helping build a cohesive and informed company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies and campaigns.
- Create engaging content for newsletters, announcements, and internal platforms.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment of internal messaging.
- Support in planning internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor feedback and continuously improve communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in a communication, HR, or administrative role (internships count!).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and ability to engage employees through innovative messaging.
