We’re looking for a motivated Internal Communication & Design Trainee to help shape and deliver impactful internal communication experiences. In this role, you’ll support initiatives that keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned with our company’s vision—through both compelling content and thoughtful design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing internal communication plans and campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for emails, newsletters, intranet, and other internal channels and support these channels updates
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather and share relevant company updates.
  • Help organize and promote internal online and offline events and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze internal communication effectiveness
  • Ensure consistency in tone and messaging between the different Business Units and in alignment with company values.
  • Support ad hoc communication projects and others as needed.

Requirements
  • Degree in Communication, Design. Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), photography editing skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in employee engagement and corporate culture.
