The Executive Administrative Supervisor provides high-level administrative, operational, and event coordination support to ensure the efficient functioning of departmental and organizational activities. This role serves as a central point of coordination for executive support, office operations, and large-scale event planning, requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required:
- •High school diploma or equivalent.
•A minimum of five (5) years of administrative support experience to management staff.
•Minimum 50 words per minute typing speed.
•Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
•Knowledge and proper use of grammar, spelling, punctuation, proofing, document formatting, and basic math skills.
Preferred:
- •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
•Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center or healthcare environment.
•Experience reviewing, editing, and maintaining contracts.
The pay range for this position is $32.99 - $47.83 per hour.
