What you’ll be doing
- Act as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 44001 (Collaborative) within the Team Fisher Assurance Team.
- Support delivery of the Team Fisher (Selborne) first‑party audit programme in line with DSAT requirements, processes and ISO standards.
- Manage pre‑audit activity, including acting as the point of contact, issuing notifications, and agreeing audit programmes and teams.
- Conduct planned and targeted first‑party audits across the full Team Fisher scope.
- Complete post‑audit investigations and confirm closure of non‑conformities and observations, including follow‑up audits where required.
- Produce timely post‑audit reports for management, highlighting non‑conformities, observations and good practice.
- Support quality improvement and assurance activity, including maintaining the QIP and facilitating second‑ and third‑party audits and training as required.
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Professional level qualification within the Assurance Business Quality sector (Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor for ISO 9001).
Desirable:
- Prior experience of the DSAT processes.
- Appropriate Root Cause Analysis qualification.
- ISO 14001 (Environmental) & 44001 (Collaborative) Internal Auditor
- Professional qualification in project management and or/equivalent demonstrable experience.
