We’re looking for a detail-driven Internal Auditor to champion continual improvement and ensure our systems meet the highest standards in Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full ISO 9001 audit cycles including planning, execution and reporting.
- Managing non-conformances.
- Communicate effectively with staff to minimise disruption during audits.
- Support the Quality Manager in creating and managing the annual audit plan.
- Perform follow-up audits to ensure non-conformances are resolved and improvements are effective.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices, sharing updates with management.
- Prepare and deliver clear, actionable audit reports with key findings and recommendations.
- Escalate audit findings and corrective action statuses to appropriate management levels.
- Track and follow up on audit recommendations through to completion.
- Collaborate across departments to drive process improvements and boost efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications
🛠 Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certified Internal Auditor qualification for ISO 9001.
- Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, 19443, 27001, and 44001 (desirable).
- Track record of leading business change and influencing stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Experience working in international organisations and managing multiple stakeholders (desirable).
