Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Internal Audit team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing continuous audit tests to strengthen risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency. The position offers international exposure and excellent growth opportunities, especially as we continue to invest in data analytics and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute continuous audit tests using data analytics tools to identify fraud, operational inefficiencies, and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on audit findings and support issue remediation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and audit practices to continuously improve audit effectiveness.
- Provide consultancy to business partners on process, controls, and operational improvements.
- Participate in other internal audit projects and initiatives to support team objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, IDEA, Power BI, SQL, Python).
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Fluent in Chinese in both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
