We are looking for an Internal Auditor – AS9100 | Defense & Aerospace Industry to join our Quality team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits in accordance with AS9100 requirements, including audit planning, execution, documentation, reporting, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Lead internal audits across the full scope of the organization’s operations, including:
• Research & Development (R&D)
• Assembly & Integration
• Final Testing
• Customer Service & Support
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Configuration Management, and other cross-functional teams.
• Analyze audit findings, prepare and present audit reports, provide recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• 7+ years of experience conducting internal audits within the defense or aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 requirements and auditing practices.
• In-depth understanding of development, manufacturing, integration, and service processes.
• Experience working with customers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities in the aerospace and/or defense sectors.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, systems thinking, and the ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Active security clearance – an advantage (successful completion of the security clearance process is required).
• Certified Internal Auditor qualification – a significant advantage.
