WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Perform routine audits across various departments, assessing controls, identifying risks, and testing compliance with internal policies.

• Document findings, provide recommendations to enhance processes, and collaborate with teams to ensure adequate corrective actions are taken.

• Align and communicate audit results with (senior) management

• Ensure through follow-up processes that corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.

• Collaborate within the Internal Audit team to further evolve best practices.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You already have gained some experience in internal audit, financial audit or consulting (as well as related fields), with the ability to conduct audits, assess risk, and make recommendations that enhance processes and control environments. Alternatively, you are a recent graduate and are eager to learn and immerse yourself in these areas.

• You (ideally) have IT audit and/or audit experience in banking or financial services

• You are detail-oriented and analytical, bringing strong analytical skills to interpret complex data. Ideally, you have some experience with advanced data analysis approaches like machine learning.

• You communicate clearly and collaboratively, working effectively with cross-functional teams.

• You adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, being comfortable with changing regulations, processes and tasks.
