What You Will Do
- Lead, Mentor, & Drive Financial-Operational Audits: Lead a team of auditors in the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of risk-based audits to evaluate corporate financial statements, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR / SOX), and core business operational processes. This includes evaluating complex accounting treatments, corporate transactions, and financial data accuracy against applicable accounting standards (PSAK / IFRS).
- Corporate Operational Auditing: Oversee comprehensive operational reviews across corporate functions, including procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, treasury, and commercial business units, ensuring process efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Evaluate complex, emerging technology and business risks, including cloud security, data privacy, and automated business cycles, transforming risks into clear opportunities for control improvement.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage audit project life cycles, including strategic resource allocation, timeline commitments, budget management, and rigorous quality assurance reviews.

What You Will Need
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a reputable public accounting firm (Big 4 firm preferred) with a proven track record as an external financial statement auditor.
- Mandatory understanding of financial statements and accounting standards (PSAK / IFRS) is required.
- Must hold a CA / CPA certification or equivalent.
- Strong command of risk-based audit methodologies, IIA Standards, COSO, and QAR (Quality Assurance Review).
- Experience in continuous audit, use of data analytics, and CAAT preferred.
- Understanding of IT audits such as IT General Controls (GITC), ITAC, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and ISO 27001.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and developing junior auditors, combined with the confidence, gravitas, and maturity required to interact with, challenge, and influence executive stakeholders and regulatory partners.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) for board-level reporting and exceptional project management skills to deliver multi-threaded audit initiatives within tight deadlines.
