Job Description:

Location - Pune
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP FI/CO modules.
Support business users in resolving SAP Finance-related issues and queries.
Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Help document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
Prepare reports and analyze financial data using SAP tools.
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to improve business processes.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities within SAP.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
