 As a Technical Support, you will assist users with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and help maintain smooth IT operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support, customer service, and IT systems.


Key Responsibilities  

     Provide first-level technical support to employees or customers

     Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

     Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems.

     Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls on time.

     Document technical issues and resolutions accurately.

     Support system upgrades, testing, and maintenance activities.

     Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes.

     Help maintain IT inventory and equipment tracking.

 

 Requirements:  

     Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking

      Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and common troubleshooting tools

     Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

     Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

     Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset



Requirements

Preferred Skills:

      Knowledge of ticketing systems or helpdesk tools

      Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi).

      Familiarity with remote support tools
