What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance for import transactions under RBI's Import Data Processing & Monitoring System (IDPMS) by managing documentation, coordinating with banks/customs, and reconciling payments to avoid regulatory risks.
• Track and close Bills of Entry (BoE) in IDPMS within timelines
• Coordinate with AD Banks, vendors, and customs for document accuracy and mismatch resolution
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and perform reconciliations (ERP vs. IDPMS vs. bank).
• Timely BoE closure, aging reduction, mismatch resolution cycle time, audit observations.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Pursuing MBA Finance
• Experience in Finance
• Basic interpersonal skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with administrative tasks and process improvement
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow established procedures
