Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and innovative video content that resonates with our target audience and to help drive the growth of our social accounts

  • Collaborate with our Social & Community Associate to help create a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

  • Develop innovative content ideas using new techniques to showcase our products that inspire our audiences to purchase

  • Manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all platforms.

  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.

  • Support the Social & Community team in implementing the influencer marketing strategy and help grow the online community in the United States and Canada.

  • Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, social media trends, and emerging content formats particularly on Instagram and TikTok, to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.

 

Requirements:

  • You must have a keen interest in fashion

  • You should have a keen eye for detail and accuracy

  • You have the ability to create high quality photo and video content for social media and websites.

  • You demonstrable experience in video planning, production and editing skills.

  • You have the ability to think creatively with an innovative approach to problem solving.

  • You have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, working flexibly to changing priorities

  • You have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills

  • You must be able to commute to our London office in Bank
