Job Purpose

To gain hands-on experience in Quality Compliance of Products/Materials at various stages of testing (raw material, intermediate and finished product, Micro & stability testing). The role involves learning and assisting in ensuring adherence to regulatory, GMP/GLP requirements, coordinate for the fulfillment of GMP compliance and various quality requirements as per GQMPs and GQPs.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Pharm – D (final Semester or graduated) is required for this role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in laboratory operations.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address dynamic business requirements and ensure smooth workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, Sampling and analysis of representative samples of Finished product, Intermediate product, Raw material, Micro and Stability release by Lab operations.
• Release of Finished product, intermediate and Raw material in LIMS & SAP.
• Analysis of Stability, Micro or Validation samples and interpretation of results
• Support in the management of Stability Program for timely assure the Stability.
• Inventory Maintenance, handling and disposition of Reference Standards & Liquid/Solid chemicals.
• Follow GMP and safety requirement of Laboratory and participate in Various EHS activities.
• Conduct and participate in Mandatory OJT/ GMP training sessions.
• Support in preparation and revision of existing SOPS, testing standards and Testing Methods to set standards as per GMP compliance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in standard computer software for the use of Analytical Instruments.
• Destruction of the product material left after analysis and managing the destruction of hazardous chemical waste.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
