The Opportunity

Are you ready for an opportunity that is truly career shaping?

A rare and exciting 6-month internship opportunity exists for an individual who has recently graduated or is in their penultimate year of university to join the Dexus Fund Product team. As an intern in our Fund Product team, you will contribute to the strategic growth of the funds management business through supporting the establishment of new products and capital partnerships. This is a project-style role supporting new fund product concept design, marketing, structuring, due diligence and deal execution.

You will make an impact by:

• Supporting new product concept design and internal business case approval process

• Assisting with the preparation of investor marketing materials including opportunity flyers, pitch presentations, etc.

• Supporting preparation of Excel-based financial models

• Assisting investors with due diligence

• Providing project management support and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Capital Transactions, Development, Finance, Legal, Tax and Treasury

• Assisting with preparation of papers for the Dexus Board and Investment Committee

About You

We're looking for a curious, motivated and commercially minded individual who enjoys solving problems, thinking critically and taking initiative. You will be currently undertaking, or have recently completed, a tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, Commerce or a related field, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and build your technical capability. Exposure to financial modelling will be viewed favourably, alongside well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

To be considered, applicants must be available to participate in the full six-month internship program between September 2026 and April 2027.
