The Intern – Pall O2C Collection is responsible for:
- Following up on open, outstanding and overdue items.
- Sending statements of accounts and reminders to customers.
- Manage customer response in daily operation.
This position is part of the Pall – O2C Collection Team and will be located in PJ Selangor – Onsite. Vision of Collection team is to ensure deliverables of monthly global DSO, Cash target and Past due Improvement.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Learning on Collections Process.
- The action supporting the team KPIs – DSO, Collection and Past Due targets.
- Respond to customer queries.
- Dispute resolution.
