Intern assignment:
The intern will contribute to Technical Support (TS) activities for Solvents, EOG, and Base Chemicals covered by the Chemicals and Products R&D EU team.
In addition, he will provide support for Process Development projects, including the purification of used motor oil using membrane technologies and, where applicable, ion chromatography for wastewater treatment.
The last two interns were also involved in small projects for GTL. Depending on business needs, the new intern may also be assigned to similar GTL-related projects.
All these activities will be related to the requirements for completion of the internship (MBO level 4, Chemisch fysisch analist (code 25952), Institute: ROC Amsterdam).
Goals and objectives:
The objective is for the intern to gain practical work experience while simultaneously completing Exams 1 through 7 of the associated educational program.
