The Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics (TA O&A) Intern provides hands-on support to high-priority projects and day-to-day operational work across the TA Ops & Analytics team. This role functions as a project coordinator and operational support partner, helping the team stay organized, on track, and well-documented across multiple initiatives.
The intern will support project tracking, documentation management, research, reporting preparation, and coordination activities that enable the team to deliver complex work efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities- Project Coordination & Tracking:
• Support active TA Ops & Analytics projects by organizing tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
Track action items and follow-ups from meetings - Documentation & Content Management:
• Upload, organize, and maintain project documents in SharePoint
• Assist with drafting and updating SOPs, job aids, and one-pagers - Research & Analytical Support:
• Conduct research to support projects and policy updates
• Assist with data gathering and reporting preparation - Operational Support:
• Assist with meeting preparation and note-taking
• Provide ad-hoc operational support as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in project coordination or operations
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Ji
- Familiarity with SharePoint and document management
- Interest or coursework in data analytics or business operations
- Experience or interest in using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
