Our Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) intern program offers college students an opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the financial sector while assisting us in providing the high-quality support that our members deserve. Enrollment in an accredited university is required to be eligible for this position—the willingness to learn combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience while developing your professional skills.

- Performs work in support of Desktop Support Services group, duties may vary depending on the assignment
- Applies knowledge gained from the degree program in day-to-day duties/responsibilities
- May receive guidance and direction from management and/or senior-level staff
- Leverage technical knowledge and skill
- Works within established standards, change control, policies, and procedures
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
- Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound decisions
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Effective research, analytical, and problem solving skills

- Experience with PC hardware and software
- Must be pursing degree from an accredited college/university
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (minimum of 20-25 hours a week, based on school schedule)
