This year-round internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in Navy Federal's Enterprise Technology Services Change Management function. The intern will support operational, analytical, documentation, and reporting activities while learning established standards, policies, and procedures. The role is designed for a student who can contribute to day-to-day team deliverables, participate in a collaborative environment, and develop technical, analytical, communication, and professional skills. This is a full-time or part-time flexible internship based on school schedule.

Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Change Management function within Enterprise Technology Services, including small projects or defined portions of larger initiatives
- Assist with Change Management activities that support business strategy, service transition, process consistency, and technology initiatives
- Collaborate with Change Management team members, technology partners, business stakeholders, and other staff to complete assigned tasks
- Perform basic research and qualitative or quantitative analysis to support process improvements, reporting, audit readiness, and decision-making
- Attend selected meetings, maintain clear notes, document important discussion points, and track assigned follow-up items
- Process, update, and validate data in approved systems such as ServiceNow or related reporting tools; may generate basic reports or dashboards under guidance
- Support routine reviews of data to help identify accuracy, completeness, timing, or process adherence issues
- Contribute to documentation, job aids, presentations, and knowledge materials that improve consistency and team understanding of the Change Management process
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, with a focus on member service, collaboration, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
