Intern - Visual/Graphic Designer

Experience: 1-2 years preferred

Education: Candidates from premier design institutes like NID, IIT (Design), or equivalent are preferred.

About the Team:
The Visual Designer Intern will be part of the Brand Team at Labcorp, a dynamic group responsible for creating impactful design materials, marketing campaigns and content that align with the company’s mission and brand identity.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Bring innovative and creative design ideas to the table
• Manage end-to-end design execution for campaigns and projects
• Develop compelling visual storyboards for campaigns to convey clear and engaging narratives
• Design marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, presentations and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time while maintaining brand consistency
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools and techniques in visual and graphic design to bring a fresh perspective to projects

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Passion for design with a strong eye for detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects and coordinating with different teams effectively
• Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs
• Familiarity with visual storytelling and storyboarding techniques
• Knowledge of current design trends and their practical application in marketing
