Job DescriptionThe Consulting Intern in Guatemala will support strategic initiatives by collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities with key clients. The Intern also monitors project progress and helps prepare presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze internal and external data to diagnose client challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Project Monitoring: Assist in tracking progress across ongoing consulting engagements, ensuring timely updates and alignment with project goals.
- Deliverable Support: Contribute to the creation of client presentations, Excel models, and other project materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support hypothesis development, stakeholder engagement, and client delivery.
- Knowledge Contribution: Participate in internal research, white paper development, and proposal drafting as needed.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Passion for consulting, payments, and innovation. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to design presentations that effectively communicate main messages and insights through visual elements.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
