What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Intern, Underwriting Support to support our underwriting team with telecommunication, documentation and internal system management.
What are we expecting from this role?
Assists the Underwriting team by coordinating medical requirements, following up with panel clinics and doctors, and managing data entry in LAS and SAWF systems.
Supports the invoice submission by verifying and processing in Acumatica, coordinating document collection with panel clinics and doctors, and scanning records for digital filing.
Summarizes interview reports for Underwriter and manages code releases in LAS to expedite policy issuance.
Monitors reporting errors, invoice status, and call activity to ensure accurate data tracking and operational efficiency.
Provides administrative support by processing e-form requests, responding to Sales team inquiries, and coordinating with the Policy Servicing team to facilitate medical examinations and requirements.
Performs other tasks as assigned by Management
Who are we looking for?
Undergraduate or graduated students in Business Management, Finance, or related field
Be able to communicate effectively in Khmer and English
Active listener plus negotiation skills with a collaborative teamwork mindset
Proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrates a strong curiosity to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
