Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.

• Conduct research and gather data to support accounting projects and initiatives.

• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

• Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in financial data.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project progress.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling financial information.

• Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance accounting skills.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.

Recommended Skills & Experience

• Must be enrolled full-time in an Accounting degree program at a 4-year accredited university/college

• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (both Accounting GPA & Cumulative GPA)

• At least 12 completed semester hours at a 4-year university before the start of the internship

• Graduation date between December 2025 and May 2027

• Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
