Job Description

This position will support market risk and capital structure functions within Treasury.  The responsibilities, noted below, will be a mix of strategic project-based work and supporting day-to-day activities.  This individual will have the opportunity to learn about Constellation’s Treasury function and gain valuable experience working with a best-in-class organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Actively support and drive forward the development of ongoing project initiatives within the treasury department
  • Support in the optimization of foreign currency balance sheet trading strategies to enhance financial performance
  • Assist in evaluating Constellation’s international FX exposure to mitigate risk and align with financial objectives, facilitating a deeper analysis of foreign currency risk
  • Lead efforts to streamline file enhancements for financial reporting, optimizing both efficiency and accuracy
  • Coordinate data collection and provide the analysis needed to issue updated rate guidance for the business
  • Attend meetings with external and internal business partners to learn and understand current and future market trends and their impacts to Constellation
  • Use Bloomberg to support market data research, perform risk analysis, and assist in streamlining efficiency
  • Drive business results through collaboration with internal departments and external counterparties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree candidate in Finance or Economics
  • Strong working knowledge of finance, economics, and general business
  • Experience/understanding of Bloomberg preferred
  • Experience in financial modeling/business analytics is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
  • Primary work environment is professional corporate office
  • Ability to travel commercially to domestic and international locations

The salary range for this role is:

$19.00- $29.50 an hour

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
