Job Description
Responsibilities

Liaise with tenants to gain insights to sales trends and performance through regular meetings and visitations

Analyse tenants’ performance through retail indicators like GTO per square foot and occupancy costs

Assist in the day-to-day functions and operations of the center management office
-
Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing and Operations to address and resolve issues
-
Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as required
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
-
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Possesses an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively

Meticulous and detail-oriented
