Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and optimizing cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance our operational efficiency and drive business growth.
• Conduct in-depth research, assist with project management, and support strategic initiatives that align technology with our organization's long-term goals.
• Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring that technology solutions meet business needs and exceed user expectations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and others, following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of software applications. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and issues.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Assist with the development of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Perform rigorous debugging and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages e.g., Python, .net, Java.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with relevant software and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL).
• Passion for learning new technologies and tools.
