Summary
You will be part of the Technical, Regulatory and Projects team and will be helping out to provide technical support for line operations, regulatory applications and project management. You will also assist and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure success in the role.Job Description
- Compile and analyze fuel usage and block time data to identify trends and support operational decisions
- Manage Flight Operations inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and proper records
- Support Flight Operations projects and initiatives end-to-end, including stakeholder coordination, testing, and implementation; track queries, and resolve technical issues with relevant teams
- Maintain organized housekeeping of invoices and correspondence; reconcile discrepancies and file documentation.
- Monitor and verify closure of packages, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
- Assist with post-flight envelope audits, validating accuracy and archiving records.
- Import, publish, and update operational manuals on the online platform with proper version control.
- Support the new crew device rollout by configuring and enrolling devices
