We are currently on the lookout for an Intern - Talent Acquisition to join our team.
THE ROLE:
- Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities
- Communicating with candidates, providing updates and gathering necessary documentation
- Entering Talent Acquisition and Resource Management-related operational data to various internal databases
- Conducting regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Generating reports and providing updates as prescribed
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition and MIS Teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Complying with data integrity and security policies
- Upholding the highest levels of data entry hygiene
THE PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized local or foreign university or an equivalent qualification; undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- The ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- A strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to establish priorities proactively and excellent time management skills.
- Hands-on experience in Excel and experience in working with online databases will be an added advantage.
