We are currently on the lookout for an Intern - Talent Acquisition to join our team. 

THE ROLE: 

• Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities
• Communicating with candidates, providing updates and gathering necessary documentation
• Entering Talent Acquisition and Resource Management-related operational data to various internal databases
• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Generating reports and providing updates as prescribed
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition and MIS Teams with administrative tasks as needed
• Complying with data integrity and security policies
• Upholding the highest levels of data entry hygiene

THE PROFILE: 

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized local or foreign university or an equivalent qualification; undergraduates are also welcome to apply. 

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks 
• The ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues 
• A strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

• The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines 

• Ability to establish priorities proactively and excellent time management skills. 

• Hands-on experience in Excel and experience in working with online databases will be an added advantage.
