JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Join us on our mission to embed sustainability into everything we do. As a Sustainability Intern, you will support cross-functional teams in delivering impactful ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives aligned with Astro’s corporate objectives.
What You’ll Do & Learn:
Assist in coordinating and executing sustainability initiatives that support Astro’s ESG goals.
Support internal ESG projects that drive the achievement of key KPIs, including those tied to our corporate scorecard.
Assist with external ESG-related collaborations and engagements involving partners, regulators, customers, community stakeholders, and NGOs.
Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Track, analyse, and report on the progress of ESG initiatives through presentations, dashboards, and internal comms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who You Are:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, Public Policy, or a related field.
Strong interest in sustainability and ESG-related topics.
Excellent organisational and communication skills—both verbal and written.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with data reporting tools is a plus.
