Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Inventory Control team. This internship is part time -20-24 hours/week and will begin between mid-August 2025, but no later than early September 2025 for a duration of 3-6months. This position offers the opportunity to transition to full-time hours during non-school months, with the potential to become a full-time employee based on the individual’s performance and position availability.
This position is on site in Baldwin, NY.

Job Duties:
Data Support: Assist in collecting and organizing supply chain data, generating and analyzing reports and supporting projects as needed.
Document Management: Support preparation of documentation, organize and maintain supply chain related documents as per industry regulations.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels to ensure a smooth process for inventory rotation.
Process Optimization: Support in related projects around operational processes and continuous improvement.
Education and Qualifications:
Currently enrolled students and working towards a bachelor’s degree in one of these fields: Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory Control, Business Management or related field.
Proficient in data processing, ability to interpret data and generate insight.
Excellent organization and time management skills,
Able to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented with strong commitment to accuracy and precision in work output.
Logical thinker with the ability to analyze and solve problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with team and externally with customers and vendors.
Able to work with in both an independent and team setting.
Highly motivated, confident, self-directing and willing to learn new skills quickly.
Supply Chain or Logistics related internship experience is a plus.
Project management experience or related training is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Suite. Working knowledge in ERP Systems is a plus
Salary range - $16.50 – $17.00/hour
