Responsibilities
- Learn and execute non-product purchasing RFQ process (administer process and quotation
- Review and suggest improvements to purchasing SOPs.
- Participate in purchasing improvement projects (E.g.: e-system, analysis of data, report).
- Explore SAP / SharePoint reports to support and improve processes.
- Process map Supply Chains (interactions between Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics and Operations) and suggest improvements.
- Explore digital technologies and equipment to enhance current processes.
- Coordinate and participate in improvement projects using CORE methods and tools.
Requirements
- Higher NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Aerospace / Business Management
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
