Job Description
The Supply Chain Engineering Intern will support on a range of process‑improvement initiatives, KPI development, and operational enhancement projects. Through a structured weekly schedule, the intern will gain exposure to Technology functions across Brewing, Packaging, Logistics, and Cyber Security, while collaborating with Automation Engineering leadership, managers, and cross‑functional partners.
The internship will consist of both technical training and impactful project work focused on optimizing Beer Operations, with opportunities to learn about broader Beer Division Supply Chain functions, the Beer organization, and key external stakeholders. The intern will also support the Beer Operations Digitalization team by applying machine learning and advanced analytical techniques to unlock value from large volumes of IoT and manufacturing data. This includes driving efficiencies in brewing and packaging processes through analytics, predictive modeling, and digital problem‑solving.
Key responsibilities include supporting Network Engineering process‑improvement efforts, developing and updating training and onboarding resources, and contributing to operational projects that enhance analytics, reporting, and process effectiveness. In addition, the intern will perform advanced data‑driven work such as conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), engineering features for predictive models, building and evaluating machine‑learning models (including equipment‑failure prediction), and utilizing anomaly‑detection techniques to monitor manufacturing specifications.
The intern will also participate in corporate intern‑program events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Team‑Building Tours, Final Presentations, and Rotation Days, gaining exposure to the broader organization and strengthening professional and technical skills.
Qualifications
Must have completed junior year of Bachelors program.
Basic Requirements
Major in Engineering (Computer, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Systems),
Computer Science, Cyber Security
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skilled in Microsoft Products (Word, Power Point, Excel)

Physical Requirements/Other
Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.
Primary work environment is within a corporate office setting.

Ability to travel with team members to breweries in Mexico for 2-3 day durations
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
The hourly compensation range for this role is:
$22.00 - $28.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor.
