The Supply Chain Digital team aims to add value to our internal & external customers as we are working highly customer centric by providing advanced digital solutions addressing customer's needs.
The incumbent will develop and deploy low-code automation solutions for processes, provide internal support on our digital tools & platform, screen the market for potential new tools, as well as hands on weekly KPI reporting and newsletter preparation.
Job duties & involvements:
- Develop resilient robotic process automations with low-code tools (UiPath Studio, PowerAutomate) based on business user requirements
- Test process automations and conduct user acceptance tests (UAT)
- Interact with business requestors to ensure automation is designed according to their needs
- Provide administrative support to manage automation solution pipeline, resource planning
- Execute and maintain automation solutions on as-needed basis
- Screen market for new trends in process automation tools and other digital trends through various channels
- Provide data aggregation and analysis to support management decision making
- Independently handle assigned tasks, and proactively seek support as required
- Provide administrative supports to the team leader on team management initiatives, events and activities
- Measure, monitor and analyze KPI, initiate necessary actions to identify root causes by collaborating with corresponding partners
- Compile and present observations and proposals to the team leader
- Manage/support regular operations activities
Requirements:
- Year 2 or above undergraduate students in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent
- Tech Savvy with understanding of and experience with low-code development tools
- High willingness to learn and a fast learner
- Confident and open-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking, able to solve problems in complex environment
- Self-motivated and energetic, be accountable for actions and results, successes and failures
- Fluent at spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Experience in UiPath Studio and Microsoft PowerAutomate or other robotic process automation software is a big plus
- Proficiency in MS office software, Tableau is a plus
- Commitment to a full time internship for 9-12 months starting from June/July 2025 (Monday to Friday work, 8:30am- 5:30pm)

- Priority would be given to students who can commit a longer internship period
