KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Procure Raw Material in the right quantity, material, price, time to ensure availability in accordance with the production plan
Managing end-to-end procurement activities, including forecasting, order follow-up and supplier payment on time
Coordinate with internal departments (production, planning, merchandising, quality & finance) to ensure timely availability of materials
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management to avoid shortages or excess
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics (cost, delivery timelines, quality) and identify areas for improvements
Coordinate logistics and shipment processes, including import/ export documentation where required
Identify cost saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement strategies
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Pursuing degree or recently graduated in supply chain management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
