About The Team:
The Reltio TechOps team is committed to delivering best in class DevSecOps capabilities and developer experience. You will be responsible for helping the company scale its cloud-based services through refining our internal platform, heavy focus on automation, and continuous delivery. Help TechOps to set time bound, clear and concise maturity and strategic goals and execute against the strategy to improve developer experience and level up DevSecOps maturity.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Reltio TechOps team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work with the hottest technologies, including Kubernetes (K8S), CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code tools across AWS, GCP, and Azure. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our data management solutions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment, testing, and operational processes.
- Collaborate within the TechOps team to implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Write and maintain Python scripts for automation tasks related to system administration and deployment.
- Contribute to automating the data cloning process, ensuring efficient and consistent data replication across environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues within cloud environments, and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Support the optimization and automation of Linux-based tasks, gaining experience in reducing manual work and enhancing system performance
- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices for system administration, automation tasks, and cloud infrastructure management.
Skills You Must Have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, Python and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
Skills That Are Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
