Job Description- Regularly manage and triage inbound messages via Meta Business suite to flag and escalate any potential leads or concerns
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms on time, following the agreed content calendar
- Track post-level insights/analytics (reach, engagement, saves, etc.) and report which content types are performing best, so the team can replicate what works
- Draft copy in both English and Tagalog for posts, captions, and replies where needed
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite required; hands-on experience preferred
- Comfortable reading platform analytics/insights and drawing basic conclusions (not just reporting raw numbers)
- Excellent written English and Tagalog
- Proactive and responsive
- Able to commit 3–6 months minimum, remote
