Description:
Identify the key process for waste provide a solution to improve the cycle time for Mongoose and Drax, document the new process flow and buy off to ensure no quality issues.
Scope:
Understand the SMT and Test flow, use the VSM to identify waste and improve the tester cycle time,
Supporting team :
Test Engineer and technicians, Debug Engineer and technicians, Manufacturing Supervisor & Trainers.
Deliverables:
Identify the waste and provide solution and document the new process flow to ensure there are not quality issues .
Stretched goal:
Provide 20% tester cycle time reduction for Mongoose and Drax
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Electrical, or any engineering related courses.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Good teamwork and punctual.
